What counts as a keyword
- Software programs (Salesforce, Epic, NetSuite, Jira)

- Industry terminology (CSAT, ARR, MTSS, SOX, RAID log)
- Job titles, both the standard term and common aliases
- Responsibilities and methodologies (Agile, MEDDIC, Lean)
Where to find them
The job description itself is the best source. Open three to five postings for the same role and look for terms that appear in all of them — those are the must-haves.
Skip the buzzwords (dynamic, results-driven). Focus on nouns: tools, systems, certifications, and methodologies.

If the posting says 'account management,' use that phrase verbatim somewhere — not just 'managed accounts.'
