1. No Refunds
Once a charge is processed — whether it is your initial subscription payment or an automatic renewal — the fee is non-refundable. This applies to all paid plans and all billing cycles (monthly, annual, or otherwise).
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge; your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time after cancellation or downgrade.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge for a service you were unable to access due to a verified outage on our end — email support@resumebestie.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description. Genuine billing errors are reviewed case-by-case and reversed where confirmed.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first reaching out may result in immediate suspension of your Account pending resolution of the dispute.
5. EU / UK Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to use paid features immediately on subscribing, you expressly request that performance of the Service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, as provided under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This statutory right is preserved where applicable law requires; nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
